Instructional Management Plan
1.
Course Management
a. Staff Requirements. Based on student throughput,
required instructor site visits, required instructional flight
hours (most officer instructors are associate flight instructors
with either CTW-6 or CTW-5), required instructor program
management (fleet support), and peak instructor utilization, the
Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor Course requires nine
military instructors and one civilian support staff. The
military billets must be manned by qualified Pilots, Naval Flight
Officers and Naval Aircrewmen and should be filled as follows:

Facility Requirements.
c. Alternate Training Plan. Personnel must complete all
classrooms training to receive a designation certificate.

If a laboratory application must be cancelled (due to inclement
weather, equipment malfunctions, etc.), students must complete
the Alternate Training Plan as specified in the Lesson Plan. The
Commanding Officer may waive certain events if factors (e.g.,
weather, medical) preclude the students from participating, the
Plan, and every effort has been made to complete the evolution.
