FLAPS/SLATS lever
(1) Location: inboard of the throttle quadrant
(2) Function: three position control with
detents for selecting flaps UP, 1/2, or DN.
Forward and aft controls are mechanically
linked and operate the flap hydraulic valve
via a common switch
b.
EMER FLAPS switch
(1) Location: landing gear panel, below
emergency gear handle
(2) Function: directs pressure from wheel
brake/emergency flap accumulator in event
of HYD 1 failure to fully extend flaps
