An example of this would be, "Approach brief. We are executing the VOR-A to Mobile

until the FAF at Semmes. We will then descend to the MDA of 680 feet. The MAP is at 6.8
DME (or timing 2 minutes and 48 seconds at 120 GS). The missed approach instructions are to
climb 900 feet, then climbing right turn to 2000 feet via heading 200 and SJI R-140 to SAINT
Intersection." If not already done, dial in the approach NAVAID frequencies and course as you
are briefing them.
NOTE
Missed approach or climb out instructions issued by Approach
Control or Tower supersede published instructions and should be
utilized if given.
If you are being radar vectored to the FAC, the approach brief will be TCARMM:

Altitude:
All altitudes on the FAC.
