CHOOSE AND PLOT DIVERT FIELDS
In addition to planning the normal events for low-level flight, we must plan for emergency
situations. Aircrew must have divert field information quickly available to expedite safe
handling of aircraft emergencies, so it is important to choose and annotate these airfields in
advance. In this stage of instruction annotate two types of diverts:
1.
Military
2.
Emergency
