4.1.2. In the T-2, the TACAN is the only instrument available for airspace management, this
depiction of the area is easier to use than the actual boundaries of W-155A. In addition, students
will have the following available for the brief:

4.1.2.3. Aviation training jacket
4.1.2.4. Two briefing cards per student
4.2. DEPARTURE/ENROUTE
4.2.1. The primary operating area for ATMs is W155A. The Pensacola South MOA serves as
the secondary operating area and is used when W155A is unavailable or is unworkable due to
weather. Utilize the working area indicated on the flight schedule by the route of flight (NPA 2
for W155 and NPA 8 for the MOA). If W155A is scheduled, a mission number is assigned, and
it is the student's responsibility to have the number available if needed in flight.
4.2.2. The Lead Student is responsible for all navigation and UHF communication to and from
the operating area. Shortly after departure, the controller directs the flight to contact Seabreeze,
the controlling agency for W155.
4.2.2.1. DEPARTURE "RKT 204, contact Seabreeze on 313.2."
4.2.2.2. LEAD "RKT 204, switching 313.2, Turbo."
4.2.2.3. WING "Two."
4.2.3. The Lead Student requests frequency change if it has not been received by 20 DME. On
initial contact with Seabreeze, the Lead Student requests one of the three operating areas and a
