Note taking of any type during the review is prohibited.
Grading Queries
1. If, in the instructor's opinion, a controversy exists over a test item, he will request grading
be suspended and initiate a review.
2. If you believe your examination has been graded incorrectly, you must advise the instructor,
Course Officer, or Class Advisor.
3. Do not ask the personnel in the testing office about your examination. They are not
permitted to provide information other than your grade. If you have a problem with a grade, ask
an instructor for assistance.
Grade Posting
1.
Examination results will be posted on the bulletin board, first deck, Griffith Hall, within
twenty-four hours.
2.
If there are any failures, they will be handled by the respective Academic Training Officer.
Re-Examinations
1. If you fail this examination, you will be scheduled for a debrief with any T-1A Flight Prep
instructor. Additionally, you must confer with one of your class advisors concerning your
academic situation. Your final step is to confer with the Academic Training Officer. You are
allotted three days from the date of the examination to complete the Unsatisfactory Event Report
routing and return it to the testing office.
2.
If an Initial Progress Check (IPC) is not recommended, your re-examination will normally
be scheduled for the next duty day. The re-examination must be complete prior to your next
scheduled graded event.
