L ENG - The left engine only supplies bleed air at a rate of 9-10 lbs/min. ACU provides
cabin pressurization, cooling, and heating.

cooling, and heating.
4.
HIGH - Left and right bleed air shut off valves are open allowing a total airflow of
10-23 lbs/min to the cabin for smoke evacuation, increased ventilation, entrance door seal
failure, etc.
5.
R ENG - The right engine only supplies bleed air at a rate of 9-10 lb/min. ACU provides
cabin pressurization, cooling, and heating.
6.
Cooling air may be supplied by the VCCS only.
Temperature Selector Control
The TEMP selector placarded COLD and HOT, is located on the environmental control panel.
When the MODE switch is placed in the AUTO FLDK or AUTO DUCT position, the TEMP
selector controls the cabin temperature from 60-90 degrees F.
Ground Fresh Air Switch
Pressing the GND AIR switch to the ON position (illuminated) supplies right non-essential bus
power to the fresh air blower when the aircraft is on the ground and the bleed air is turned off.

side window defog outlets, floor outlets, and windshield outlets.
3.
BLO 1 / 2 - Provides additional cooled air or recirculated cabin air to two floor registers
and six flight deck side wall outlets.
4. AUX COOL - Supplies power through the soft start module to the VCCS compressor drive
motor, under pressure delayed cutout switch, high pressure delayed cutout switch, and Outside
Air Temperature (OAT) 20 F sense switch.
5. ELEC HEAT 1 - Supplies power to electric heater number one in the duct supplying the
flight deck side window defog outlets, windshield defog outlets, flight floor outlets, and the aft
evaporator blower motor.
