Area III - Sufficient LS, Not enough TA
A fighter in area III is outside the goal LS line, but with insufficient TA to turn immediately
to collision. The fighter should turn to a 180 DTG heading (a zero cut, paralleling the bogey's
flight path), thus preserving lateral displacement while the target aspect builds. The fighter
should fly the bogey's reciprocal until the desired geometry for the goal TA is satisfied. At that
time, a turn should be made to attack heading, creating a collision intercept.
