| INTERCEPT PROCEDURES TEXTBOOK
In conclusion, the Advanced Stage of air-to-air intercept training will be an extremely
challenging and, hopefully, enjoyable experience. As a culmination of training, the student will
be required to have a firm understanding of intercept geometry and to utilize all of the skills
previously learned. With an end to benign, cooperative bogeys, the student will get a taste of the
dynamic situations he or she will face in the Fleet or operational Air Force. Good luck, and
happy hunting!
"No guts, no glory. If you are going to shoot him down, you have to get in there and mix it up
with him."
