This report is given only if requested by ATC.
ii.
IF A DESCENT IS REQUIRED after passing the VOR outbound, report the
VOR outbound in addition to leaving the current altitude:
Example
SNFO/SWSO:
"Mobile Approach, KATT 820, SJI outbound,
leaving 3000."
b.
When executing the Procedure Turn inbound, report when the 180 degree turn has
been completed, if requested by ATC.
NOTE
This report is given only if requested by ATC.
Example
SNFO/SWSO:
"Mobile Approach, KATT 820, procedure turn
inbound."
IF you have been handed over to Tower frequency:
SNFO/SWSO:
"Mobile Tower, KATT 820, procedure turn
inbound, gear down and locked."
c.
IAF Inbound.
NOTE
This report is given only if requested by ATC.
Example
SNFO/SWSO:
"Mobile Approach, KATT 820, Initial Approach
Fix inbound leaving 3000 (if a descent is
required)."
NOTE
The name of the IAF may be used, if there is a name,
(e.g.,"SQWID Inbound").
