a. Associated with an acute gastrointestinal illness such as:
(1) Diarrhea
(2) Fever
(3) Vomiting
(4) Jaundice
(5) Sore throat with fever
b. A lesion containing pus such as a boil or infected wound that is
open or draining and is:
(1) On the hands or wrists, unless an impermeable cover such as a
