Solution:

Estimate the answer. Since the time is less than a minute, it is logical to assume

after a minute the fuel burned would be about 150 #, so a good estimate would be

about 9000 #.

Find 11.7 (117 #) on the FUEL (outer) scale and place it over 45 seconds on the
