When AC is far aft of CG the aircraft is very
stable but less maneuverable
b.
When AC moves forward, closer to the CG, the
aircraft becomes less stable but more
maneuverable
3.
When an aircraft is very slow, the AC may move
forward of the CG creating a very unstable pitch up
situation that can not be stopped by full nose down
stabilator
