A. Procedure
1. Incorporates the S-1 pattern
a. Start maneuver using a three-second lead prior to
12 o’clock position
b. Descend for 1,000 ft at 1,000 fpm and then climb for
1,000 ft at 1,000 fpm
c. Start transition from descent to climb three seconds
prior to descent (climb) or 100 ft prior to the end of
the 1,000 ft descent (climb) (whichever occurs first)
