MOTIVATION

Flying is putting what you know into action. To do this, you must acquire a complete

and instinctive knowledge of the fundamentals of flight.

To help you acquire this level of knowledge, you need to know what materials and

publications you will use during training and how to use them efficiently. You also need

to understand the T-45 training process, and know how your progress is evaluated, so

you can improve your performance as necessary. Unfamiliarity with training

procedures will negatively affect your progress and overall performance.

OVERVIEW

the T-45 training process, and the training forms that will track your progress.
