Point out that the loose deuce exercise is an artificial exercise
that does not present a completely realistic representation of
loose deuce maneuvering, but applies concepts and develops
skills--i.e., 1) energy maintenance, 2) lead, lag and pure pursuit
tactics, 3) engaged voice comm, and 4) fighter roles in a
coordinated effort to engage bogey.

Fighter against whom bogey is maneuvering

Remind the student the bogey is nonexistent but is simulated
throughout the exercise.
