When on IFR clearance, climb and

maintain hard altitude of 11,000 ft msl.
M 11,000 ft msl
Altitudes above 11,000 ft msl must be requested
through Houston Center. When terminating, you
no longer have to comply with coded departure and
ATC will provide VFR monitoring for traffic separation
until established in the MOA. VFR semicircular rules apply;
however, you must remain below 11,000 ft msl until
KINGSVILLE
established in Kings III MOA. Remember, terminating
coded departure does not cancel existing squawk.
