If destination is 0-0, up to but not including
published minimums, then alternate must be 3,000-3
or better

If destination is at published minimums, up to but not
including 3,000-3 (single-piloted absolute minimums
200-1/2)
a.
Then for non-precision approaches, alternate
must be published minimums plus 300-1
b.
Then for precision approaches, alternate must
be published minimums plus 200-1/2
NOTE: ILS only authorized precision approach
that can be used at an alternate, i.e., not a
PAR.
