activated with:

The LDG GEAR down
and locked (proximity
switch relay-left main LG)
(ii) The launch bar down and
locked in the shuttle, with
the LAUNCH BAR switch
selected to RETRACT
(up position)
(iii) Throttle position greater
than 95%
(iv) Nose wheel steering
button NOT pressed
