Climbing and diving turn with 180 degrees of direction change

Procedures
a.
Enter straight/level, 89% RPM and 300 KIAS on cardinal heading
b.
Start steep climbing turn in either direction
c.
Reach maximum 45 degree pitch attitude at 45 degree of heading
change
d.
Increase bank angle and decrease pitch so that:
(1) 90 degrees of heading change is completed at 90 degree of bank
angle
(2) nose is on the horizon after 90 degrees of heading change
(3) airspeed is 150 to 170 KIAS
e.
Start gradual roll out
(1) rate same as entry rate
(2) so that maximum nosedown pitch of 45 degrees is at 135
degrees of heading change
