1.0

Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the Instructor

Under Training (IUT) will demonstrate knowledge of Aviation

Enlisted Aircrew Training School (AEATS) Rules and

Regulations as per student handbook, OPNAVINST 3710.7T

requirements and safety precautions used during training.

2.0

Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the IUT

demonstrate knowledge of the symptoms of heat stress

illnesses, their prevention, and the importance of early

detection and treatment, and will describe the causes,

symptoms, and methods of transmission of HIV/AIDS, and

associated preventative measures.

3.0

Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the IUT will

demonstrate knowledge of Crew Resource Management (CRM) by

identifying the mission of CRM, the goals of CRM, the

history of CRM and the seven behavior skills critical to

CRM.
