Upon completion of this unit of instruction,
the IUT will demonstrate knowledge of Aviation
Enlisted Aircrew Training School (AEATS) Rules
and Regulations as per student handbook, OPNAV
3710.7T requirements and safety precautions
used during training.

Upon completion of this unit of instruction,
the IUT will describe the symptoms of heat
stress illnesses, their prevention, and the
importance of early detection and treatment,
and will describe the causes, symptoms, and
methods of transmission of HIV/AIDS, and
associated preventative measures.

Upon completion of this unit of instruction,
the IUT will demonstrate knowledge of Crew
Resource Management (CRM) by identifying the
mission of CRM, the goals of CRM, the history
of CRM and the seven behavioral skills
critical to CRM.

the IUT will demonstrate knowledge of flight
training pipelines, the different types of
Naval and Marine Corps aircraft, their
missions, and aircrew responsibilities; will
demonstrate the knowledge of Naval Air
Training and Operating Procedures
Standardization (NATOPS) jacket basic
assembly, and proper wear, use and maintenance
of flight gear.
