Syllabus Notes
a.
N42 applicable to USN only.
b. Call the IP the night before the flight to confirm route
for planning purposes.
c. SMA shall prepare JOG or TPC using PFPS for assigned
route, including at a minimum, course line, waypoints, and
"doghouse" with heading, distance, zero wind time at 180 KTS,
and jet log. SMA shall also bring all VFR sectionals covering
the route of flight.
d. SMA completes minimum of one uncontrolled tower pattern
entry and three low approaches/touch and go's for event
completion.
