a. C4701. The student shall practice identifying local
landmarks, estimating distances, and using NAVAIDS.
b. Initial takeoff shall be no earlier than 30 minutes
after official sunset.

Each sortie shall be at least 1.4 hours.
d. Landing-lights-out landing can be demonstrated as an
optional maneuver.
