Syllabus Notes
a. First two sorties in block shall be flown hooded from
the rear cockpit. Sorties flown during night conditions may be
flown without the hood.
b. I4201-I4204 should be flown in conjunction with an out-
and-in or a cross-country flight. A minimum of one flight
should be flown within the high altitude route structure. A
minimum of one event should be flown at night.
c. Students shall meet or exceed these approach-type
requirements. A minimum of 12 approaches is required for this
block. At least one must include circling to land.
