INSTRUCTOR NOTES
The indicated GPS TIME should equate to current ZULU time.
With normal flight dynamics, EHPE can be expected to fluctuate
between 33 to 100 meters; EVPE between 50 to 100 meters.
During and shortly after aggressive maneuvering both EHPE
and EVPE may fluctuate up to 1000 meters.
