RESTRAINT GARTERS
Properly Positioned
WARNING: The leg restraint lines must be
attached to the ejection seat at all times
during flight to ensure that the legs will be
pulled back upon ejection. This will
enhance seat stability and will prevent leg
injury by keeping the legs from flailing
following ejection.
WARNING: Failure to route the restraint
lines properly through the garters could
cause serious injury during ejection/
emergency egress.
