isolates the HYD 2 EDP from the system when

NOTE: The capability of the RAT to provide
hydraulic power for controllable flight during a total
hydraulic pressure loss has not been determined.
Safe ejection envelopes may be exceeded if control
is lost during a landing attempt on emergency
hydraulic power. Landing approaches on
emergency hydraulic power alone should not be
attempted.
