NOTE: This switch is accessible, only when the
refueling access door on the outside of the left
engine inlet is opened (panel number 311EL). It is
operated by a three-position switch in the upper part
of the compartment, marked FLIGHT, REFUEL,
DEFUEL. When that door is secured shut, a probe
on the door holds the switch in the FLIGHT position,
which disengages the Refuel/Defuel systems and
the Master Switch for battery #1 power.
