Display Control Panel
The Display Control Panel (DCP) provides the interface for the CDU to control the weather.
The DCP consists of the radar control button (labeled RDR CTL).

Pressing the RDR CTL button displays the CDU primary RADAR FUNCTIONS pages 1 and 2.

1012. STALL WARNING SYSTEM
The aircraft is equipped with two, independent stall warning systems. The individual systems

An aural warning horn, two flap follow-up switch units, two pressure altitude transducers, and
fail warning devices, a single AOA indicator and AOA indexer controlled by the P side AOA
computer system complete the system.
AOA Transmitter Vanes
An AOA transmitter vane is located on each side of the forward fuselage. The purpose of the
transmitter vanes is to sense direction of the airstream with respect to the aircraft. The
transmitters send an electric signal to the stall warning computers for stall warning and display.
Stall Warning Computer
The AOA information derived from the AOA transmitter vanes provides the signals for AOA
display, stall warning, and engine flame out protection.
Stall Warning Stick Shaker
When the aircraft AOA approaches stall, a signal from the respective AOA computer will
activate the shaker motor, signaling an impending stall.
