While on the approach:

runway heading to 800, at 2 DME past the
TACAN, turn right 180, climb to 1500."
SNFO/SWSO:
"BUCK 710, runway heading to 800, at 2 DME
past the TACAN right 180, climb to 1500."
Or:
SNFO/SWSO:
"BUCK 710, roger."
NOTE
You are not required to read back standard climbout instructions,
though it is safe to read back all clearances. While in training, you
will be asked to read back all instructions to facilitate your
communications training.
10. On the final approach course:
APPROACH:
"BUCK 710, contact Sherman GCA, 383.8 (or
button 13)."
SNFO/SWSO:
"BUCK 710, switching."
SNFO/SWSO:
"Sherman GCA, BUCK 710, 8 mile TACAN
final, low approach."
GCA:
