responsibility.

Provide for landing on other than instrument
runway due to crosswinds, etc.

Radar service is automatically terminated,
without advising the pilot, when the aircraft is
instructed to change to advisory or tower

Visual Approach 1.9.1.3.1.1

Definition: An approach conducted on an
instrument flight rules (IFR) flight plan which
authorizes the pilot to proceed visually and
clear of clouds to the airport
