Indications
a.
MASTER ALERT light flashes and caution tone
sounds
b.
RAT caution light illuminates
c.
HYD 2 pressure is normal, and HYD 2
Overlay 1
caution light is not illuminated
NOTE: The RAT should extend only when HYD 2
pressure drops to approximately 1,500 psi. The
HYD 2 caution light should illuminate at 1,660 +
110 psi, before the RAT extends.

HYD 1 pump failure?
ANSWER:
1. Landing gear - EMERGENCY EXTEND
2. Emergency flap switch - DOWN
3. Anti-skid switch - OFF
4. Brakes - DO NOT TEST
5. Make short-field arrested landing, if available
