Summary of Hydraulic
Indications
NOTE:  A HYD FAIL warning light will illuminate when
hydraulic system pressures are below a predetermined
value. For this to happen, a catastrophic hydraulic leak
must have occurred or a failure of both the engine-driven
hydraulic pumps and the RAT, the latter being highly
unlikely. Proper handling of this emergency and thorough
knowledge of the system is essential to the safe outcome
of this emergency.
