Commanding Officer’s Welcome Aboard
MOTIVATION
You are about to embark on the most important aspect of your flight training—your
advanced flight training in the T-45A. You must understand what is expected of you
during your training so that you can devote all of your energy to successfully completing
the training program and earning your wings of gold.
OVERVIEW
This lesson will familiarize you with the organization of Training Air Wing (TRAWING)
Two and preview your training activities. By the end of the lesson you will know the
names of the individuals in the chain of command and their responsibilities, your
responsibilities and the rules of behavior expected of you, and the materials used in the
training process.
In this lesson, we will:
