Upon completion of this unit of instruction, the student
will demonstrate knowledge required to be familiar
enough with the Department of Defense Planning,
Programming, and Budgeting System, the Program Objective
Memorandum process, and the various funding sources to
work in the area of weapons and weapons systems
acquisition.

acquisition programs and operating forces for given
programs and functions.
