1.5.10 State which command has the Chief of Naval Operations
assigned mission to conduct or assist in conducting Mine
Readiness Certification Inspections (MRCI) of all units
1.5.11 State the activities conducted by the Safety and
Assistance Teams sponsored by the Commanders, Naval Air
Forces, Atlantic and Pacific, which serve to provide a
means of monitoring all aspects of conventional ordnance
handling on Fleet ships and stations.
