the phase of training.
b. Time-To-Train (Tt). The following factors are
considered in computing time to train: weather, unsatisfactory
events and associated delays, medical groundings, and flight or
simulator events canceled due to lack of instructor or equipment
availability. The combination of these factors constitutes
additional time (∆t) required to train expressed as a percentage
of the curriculum time (Tc). The ∆t for the T-45C Jet
Transition Strike Flight Instructor Training Curriculum is 15.0%.
